Full/Part Time VR Sales Associate (Upper Canada Mall):

Earliest Starting Date: November 14,, 2021

We are looking for Full/Part Time VR Sales Associate to join our Upper Canada Team! (20-35 hours/week)

Position Overview

You will be responsible for the continued building  success of the company, while working effectively with a winning team and optimize daily sales and store operations.

  • Operation procedures: Ensure opening, closing and all daily operating procedures are followed, especially safety and a high standard of customer services. 
  • Sales target: Know the store sales targets (daily, weekly, monthly), and work to meet and exceed the targets.
  • Weekly/Bi-weekly Report: Provide weekly/bi-weekly report to team lead and  upper management regarding the performance for that operation period. 
  • Initiatives: Take self initiatives to improve store operation’s efficiency and effectiveness
  • Coordination: Coordinate with other team members and management to ensure over all company success

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service at all times. 
  • Ensure each customer experience is exceptional from the time they are welcomed into our store to their departure. 
  • Maximizing overall store sales opportunities and achieving individual sales goals utilizing effective selling techniques while personalizing the customer’s experience.
  • Maintaining high levels of customer service by demonstrating and promoting services & benefits to all our customers. 
  • Processing efficient customer transactions regarding the point-of-sale (POS) system  including all daily opening and closing reports.
  •  Following all Company policies & procedures meet and surpass personal targeted goals through promoting merchandise, effective use of selling skills, and follow up service.
  • Ensures company brand materials and physical working spaces meet and exceed company presentation standards

Additional Requirements

  • Strong written and spoken communication skills. 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows including Excel.
  • Ability to work at a high level of professionalism.
  • Excellent Organizational & Multi-tasking Skills. 
  • Strong mathematical, interpersonal problem solving  and communication skills. 
  • Must be well groomed with appropriate attire. 
  • A passion and ability for working in a fast pace environment. 
  • Strong teamwork skills.
  • Must be available to work flexible schedules.

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma.
  • A minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in a sales/customer service role.
  • Any additional training or experience that is applicable to the current position.
