Part Time VR Sales Associate (Richmond hill):

Earliest Starting Date: July 23rd, 2021

We are looking for a Part Time VR Sales Associate to join our Richmond Hill Team! (20 hours/week)

Position Overview

You will be responsible for the continued building  success of the company, while working effectively with a winning team and optimize daily sales and store operations.

  • Operation procedures: Ensure opening, closing and all daily operating procedures are followed, especially safety and a high standard of customer services. 
  • Sales target: Know the store sales targets (daily, weekly, monthly), and work to meet and exceed the targets.
  • Weekly/Bi-weekly Report: Provide weekly/bi-weekly report to team lead and  upper management regarding the performance for that operation period. 
  • Initiatives: Take self initiatives to improve store operation’s efficiency and effectiveness
  • Coordination: Coordinate with other team members and management to ensure over all company success

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service at all times. 
  • Ensure each customer experience is exceptional from the time they are welcomed into our store to their departure. 
  • Maximizing overall store sales opportunities and achieving individual sales goals utilizing effective selling techniques while personalizing the customer’s experience.
  • Maintaining high levels of customer service by demonstrating and promoting services & benefits to all our customers. 
  • Processing efficient customer transactions regarding the point-of-sale (POS) system  including all daily opening and closing reports.
  •  Following all Company policies & procedures meet and surpass personal targeted goals through promoting merchandise, effective use of selling skills, and follow up service.
  • Ensures company brand materials and physical working spaces meet and exceed company presentation standards

Additional Requirements

  • Strong written and spoken communication skills. 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows including Excel.
  • Ability to work at a high level of professionalism.
  • Excellent Organizational & Multi-tasking Skills. 
  • Strong mathematical, interpersonal problem solving  and communication skills. 
  • Must be well groomed with appropriate attire. 
  • A passion and ability for working in a fast pace environment. 
  • Strong teamwork skills.
  • Must be available to work flexible schedules.

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma.
  • A minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in a sales/customer service role.
  • Any additional training or experience that is applicable to the current position.

Business Development & Accounts Representative:

Key responsibilities

  1. Making outbound calls to prospective corporate clients in various industries discussing our company packages and services
  2. Achieving monthly quota of qualified leads
  3. Engaging with customers via telephone and email
  4. You will research accounts and overcoming prospect objections
  5. Collaborating with Marketing and sales on lead quality and conversion
  6. Positive contribution to our company culture


  1. College diploma
  2. 2+  years of sales experience working with corporate accounts
  3. You are competitive with a proven track record of exceeding goals and targets
  4. You are analytical, with good data skills (Word & Excel) specifically  
  5. You have strong negotiation skills and a “never give up” attitude
  6. You strive in a fast paced environment
  7. You are driven, motivated, and have a hunger to learn with strong initiative. You’re not afraid to take on new challenges head-on
  8. You think outside the box and think creatively
  9. Highly proficient in verbal and written communication. You will be communicating with Owners and decision makers
  10. Previous or current experience in corporate sales environment is a big plus

Business Development Manager (Part Time):

Key responsibilities

  1. Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
  2. Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
  3. Planning and preparing presentations 
  4. Overseeing the development of marketing literature
  5. Writing reports
  6. Providing management with feedback


  1. Bachelor in Business Management or  equivalent
  2. 4 years of work experience
  3. Self-motivated individual
  4. Well developed communication skills

Electrical Technician (On-call/Part Time):

Key responsibilities

  1. Maintain virtual reality equipment, repair when required
  2. Knowledgeable of electronic control system, computer system and basic mechanics 
  3. Develop and update operation manual


  1. Graduate from collegue
  2. 2 years of work experience
  3. Well developed communication skills

Sale Representative (Part Time):

Key responsibilities

  1. Sell electronic entertainment equipment and other products
  2. Maintain key clientele for the designated territory 
  3. Develop new customers and bring additional business opportunities


  1. Education: High School or above
  2. 2 years of sales experience
  3. Well developed communication skills

Bookkeeper (Part Time):

Key responsibilities

  1. Arrange due payments, collect receivables
  2. Record cash receipts and make bank deposits
  3. Conduct a monthly reconciliation of every bank account
  4. Conduct periodic reconciliations of all accounts to ensure their accuracy
  5. Provide information to the external accountant who creates the company’s financial statements
  6. Calculate and issue financial analysis of the financial statements
  7. Maintain an orderly accounting filing system
  8. Process payroll in a timely manner
  9. Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested


  1. Education: College Degree in Accounting
  2. 2 years of work experience
